Northumberland Estates has issued the warning to Northumberland County Council amid the authority's moves to register a route on the land at Chatton, near Alnwick, as a

I have never seen as much rubbish littering our highways and
byways. For example, the embankment of the slip road from Highfields to the ring road is an eyesore.
