it's all go

One is especially busy or has many things happening around one. Primarily heard in UK, Australia. Between the move, my wife's pregnancy, and our toddler, it's been all go here lately. It was all go last night. We had a completely full restaurant from the moment we opened till the moment we stopped taking orders.
