To be particularly noteworthy, remarkable, interesting, special, or impressive. Wow, this new car of yours is really something! A: "I hope we get a chance to meet the band after the concert." B: "Yeah, now that would be really something!"

These are something like grievances, and make me think the weather most unseasonably close.
The only thing that is added in such a case, is our appearance of being; our supposition that in reality we are something when we are nothing more than beings for death, in the sense of being beings for Nothingness.
