moll
(redirected from a moll)moll
1. slang A gangster's companion or girlfriend. Sonny's moll is so taken with him that she can't see how much danger she's really in.
2. slang A prostitute. Those molls will have nowhere to turn when they're released, so they'll most likely end up back on the streets. I haven't seen him all night—I bet he hired a moll and is having some fun with her.
moll buzzer
A thief, often a pickpocket, who targets women. My mother had her purse stolen by a moll buzzer today!
