She asked me if I drew more from real life or from my imagination when writing; in truth, it's a little from column A and a little from column B. A: "So, give us the juicy details—why did you resign? Are you getting more money at your new job? Or will you be subject to less supervision?" B: "Eh, it's a little from column A, a little from column B." Neither of our experiments has been successful thus far. For the next one, maybe we should take a little from column A, a little from column B?
