1. slang An irritatingly unsettling, unpleasant, or contemptible person. That creep has been bothering us all night. Let's go ask the bouncer to deal with him. His comments about women were pretty disgusting. What a total creep.
2. slang One who observes, investigates, or becomes overly familiar with someone else's personal matters in an intrusive or undesirable manner. I felt like a bit of a creep looking up all his social media posts like that, but I wanted to know what he was like before going on a date with him.
