Everyone has rights, regardless of status, especially to do things that are of no consequence to others. You can't keep us out of the student council office just because we're underclassmen! A cat may look at a king, after all! The commoners think that a cat may look at a king. The problem is that the nobility has no interest in letting them do so. A: "Come on, a cat may look at a king! So why aren't we students allowed in the faculty lounge?" B: "Precisely because it's a lounge for the faculty!"
