walk like an Egyptian

To walk with one's arms elevated parallel to the body, one arm positioned with the hand pointing forward and the other arm with the hand pointing behind oneself. Popularized by the 1986 song of the same name by The Bangles. When I was a kid, walking like an Egyptian was all the rage. What a weird time the '80s were.
