informal Having excessive amounts of energy, as because of excitement, nervousness, stress, etc. Primarily heard in Ireland, Scotland. It's Christmas Eve, and the kids are up to high doh. I'm glad I seemed calm on stage. In reality, I was up to high doh and pacing around backstage before going out there.
