1. To force entry into a very narrow, confined, or cramped space or thing. I was worried that I wouldn't fit on the train after so many people got on ahead of me, but I managed to squeeze in just before it departed. 2. To force one's way into a tight space: Just as the elevator door was closing, one more person squeezed in.
