Someone whose actions, successes, or influence are of only minor or modest importance. See, your problem is that you lack ambition and dedication. That's why I run my own business, while you'll always be a small-timer. We can't waste our resources chasing after these small-timers. We need to catch the people running this criminal enterprise.
