piss up

slang A party, event, or other function at which a lot of alcohol is consumed. Primarily heard in UK. I was sick all weekend after going to that piss up on Friday night.

piss-up

A social gathering at which people drink an excessive amount of alcohol. Bob didn't go to the party because he knew it was going to be nothing but a piss-up.
