1. With agile precision, especially with limited room to maneuver. A tickey was a former South African coin. The pilot can do all sorts of daredevil maneuvers before landing the plane on a tickey. The steering is so good on this car that you can turn on a tickey, even at high speeds.
2. In an instant; very quickly, rapidly, or abruptly. He's usually a nice guy, but his temper can turn on a tickey sometimes. Public sentiment on the issue seems to have changed on a tickey in recent weeks.
