slang Money. Adapted from the Yiddish word mezuma. Everyone's looking for a way to make mazuma doing nothing, or as little as possible, so we've developed a scam that preys off that tendency in people. He earns more mazuma in a week than you do in a year, so be careful throwing around allegations like those.
