keep smiling

To maintain an upbeat and positive attitude or demeanor, especially despite or in the face of difficulties or adversities. I don't know how she keeps smiling after everything that happened to her during the year. I know things seem bad, but try to keep smiling. A little bit of positivity goes a long way.
