1. informal A strong liquor, tonic, or medicine. The witch gave him a mysterious, foul-smelling jollop, promising that it would imbue him with incredible strength. You should try one of Mike's jollops. There's nothing better to cure a hangover.
2. informal Any viscous, semi-solid substance, especially a cream, ointment, or salve. The dermatologist gave me some oily jollop to smear on the rash. He filled in the cracks in the wall with a sticky jollop.
