jaw-dropping

Astonishing or astounding; causing an overwhelming amount of surprise, wonder, or amazement. Seeing the sun rise from the top of Mount Fuji was one of the most jaw-dropping experiences of my life. Their house sold for the jaw-dropping price of $5 million.
