Rowling didn't steal my idea!" B: "Oh, is that right? Gee, too bad for you."
2. A phrase used to confirm that something is correct. The total I got is $80.42. Is that right? OK, let me read the phone number back to you: 555-365-1234. Is that right? And you're looking to make an appointment with Dr. Devlin, is that right?
