Overrun by or beset with something unpleasant and unwanted, usually a pest of some kind. We can't live in this disgusting apartment, it's infested with roaches! I just overheard the nurse saying that the second-grade class is infested with lice. If this place is infested with mice, we have to move, like, yesterday!
