With a strong intuition. Usually used with verbs like "feel," "believe," "know," etc. Please stay home tonight—I feel it in my bones that this storm is going to be a really bad one. I know you don't agree with her decision, but she believes in her bones that it's the best thing to do. Just trust me, OK? Something bad is going to happen today—I can feel it in my bones.
