In one's viewpoint or belief. In my opinion, that paint color doesn't work for this room, but then again, green isn't my favorite color. Oh sure, in Dad's opinion, every band is too loud! In my opinion, I wouldn't have agreed to the contract as written, but I'm also not the boss.

according to one's belief or judgment. In my opinion, that is a very ugly picture. That isn't a good idea in my opinion.
