Irritating one, especially by impeding or interfering with one's activity or productivity. The kids are totally getting in my hair today, so I need you to take them out of the house for a little bit. The new intern has been in my hair all day, so I don't know how I'm going to get my report finished before the deadline. The interior designer can't get any work done if your puppy's in her hair like this!
