Negative emotions, such as anger, dislike, or hatred, felt for someone or something. Valerie apologized, so I don't feel any ill will toward her these days. Did you see that look he gave me? I'm pretty sure there's still some ill will there. I know you're supposed to forgive and forget, but I still feel ill will toward Vince—I can't help it.
