Describing something that is done or felt in a significant or dramatic way. Modeled on the phrase "low-key." OK, yes, I'm high-key obsessed with this picture, but isn't it so pretty? Of course she's high-key in love with Bobby—she won't shut up about him! If you're not high-key obsessed with the idea of a Spice Girls' reunion, did you even grow up in the '90s?
