As an agent, you may have the inside track when good deals become available. Companies that cause pollution are now under pressure, even if they have an inside track of access to sympathetic officials and ministers. Note: On a racing track, the inside track is the shortest, and so the competitors want to use it in order to take advantage of this fact.
