To have a very quick look or brief examination. A: "Is there any more of that cake left in the fridge?" B: "I'll go have a look-see!" A: "I've been having these sharp pains in my abdomen, Doc." B: "It's probably nothing serious, but let me have a look-see." I finally had a look-see at Tom's new Corvette. That is one sweet automobile!
