half-wit

An insulting term for person who is not very smart. Some half-wit decided to leave sugar out on the counter, and now our kitchen is infested with ants. Did that half-wit seriously just say that 2+2=5? Yikes. Hey, half-wit, you're pulling on a door marked "Push"!
