To commit a series of multiple murders consecutively or in a relatively short period of time. With the violent tendencies that this guy has already displayed, I am very worried he'll go on a killing spree if we let him go. Prior to his arrest, the man went on a killing spree and terrorized innocent people across the state. How has this guy managed to go on a killing spree and completely evade police in multiple states?
