informal To have a tendency or inclination to touch other people with one's hands, especially in an excessive, inappropriate, or uncomfortable manner. My last boss would always get really handsy whenever she came by to chat, and it made everyone in the office very uncomfortable. We were having a nice time on our date, until he started getting handsy during the film. A: "Whoa, you really slapped him in the face?" B: "He was getting handsy with me and wouldn't stop! What was I supposed to do?"
