1. Foolish, unruly, or mischievous behavior. Knock off the funny stuff, the boss will be here any minute! Billy is usually the instigator whenever funny stuff starts happening in class. Any more funny stuff, and you all get detention!

2. Irregular, unusual activity, often illegal or illicit in manner or scope. I suspect there's some funny stuff going on with that company's accounts. If there's any funny stuff whatsoever, I'm backing out of this deal. Any auditor is going to immediately realize that there's funny stuff with these accounts!
