1. Unreliable, especially in keeping commitments. Tom is so flaky, though—I doubt he'll show up. Nah, that guy's flaky. He'll come up with some excuse at the last minute, just watch. Kid's flaky, that's why we had to kick him out of the band—he missed too many rehearsals.
2. Strange, weird, or wacky. I know Stu probably seems a little flaky, but he's harmless, I swear. My family always thought I was a bit flaky because of my unconventional lifestyle. Anyone who would go out in a blizzard like this is flaky.
