enter (one's) head

To be thought of by one. Take time to form your response to the interviewer—don't just blurt out the first thing that enters your head. I haven't thought of my high school English teacher in years, so I'm not sure why she entered my head today. Why do lyrics from Disney songs always randomly enter my head?
