enough is a feast

proverb Just having enough of something is plenty (and anything beyond that is excessive). We are taught to work ourselves to the bone, day in and day out, just to keep accumulating more things. A lot of people could stand to realize that enough is a feast. A: "Would you like more?" B: "Oh, no thank you. Enough is a feast." Once I realized that enough is a feast, I started donating the clothes I never wear.
