1. slang A men's hairstyle popular in the 1950s in which the heavily greased hair is combed back in the manner of a duck's tail feathers. "Duck's butt" can also be used. Why are you wearing your hair in a duck butt like that? It's not 1955! You kids laugh, but the duck butt was the coolest hairstyle around back then. Look at Grandma with her poodle skirt and Grandpa with his duck butt! Wow, that sure was a different time.

2. rude slang Someone who is short in stature. Oh yeah, a duck-butt like Janine will have a hard time seeing over all of these people in the crowd. Ugh, I know you're a duck butt, but do you have to ask me to get things down from the high shelves every five minutes? Come on, you know a duck butt like Tom can't stand to have his step stool moved.
