slang A piece of dog feces. I keep finding dog logs around the neighborhood. Some jerk hasn't been picking up after their pet! A: "Whoa, be careful—you almost stepped on a dog log!" A: "Ew!" If you're going to take the dog for a walk, be sure to take some bags with you for the dog logs.
