To walk or move along slowly and unsteadily, as is common in the elderly. I stayed with Grandpa as he doddered along with his walker, but the kids ran ahead of us. Aunt Marie held onto my arm as she doddered along toward the exit. My arthritis is so bad these days that I can't help but dodder along!
