slang To mistreat or deceive one. I can't believe that you're the one who did me dirty and sabotaged my presentation! That traveling salesman sure did me dirty by running off with my money. You can't do these people dirt and expect them to continue doing business with you.

Rur. to do something bad or dishonest to someone. He sure did his wife dirty, leaving her like that. She did me dirt when we divided up the things mother left us.
