The limit beyond which no further action is permitted or possible. I'm sorry to say that we've reached our cut-off point for accepting applications this year. What's the cut-off point to register to vote in this year's election? Have I missed it? The cut-off point for the contest is tomorrow, so I hope you've finished your entry.
