cut it all off

To get a short haircut after having long hair. A: "Her long hair was so beautiful—why would she cut it all off?" B: "I don't know, I guess she just wanted a change." Cut it all off, man. Give me a buzz for the summertime. If they find lice in my hair, will they have to cut it all off?
