Conflict between different socio-economic classes. The politician was accused of trying to promote class warfare with his comments about the haves and the have-nots. When you have an affluent area so close to the inner city, class warfare is unavoidable. What does it matter? A new mayor isn't going to be able to solve these generations'-old issues of class warfare.
