One who is in a state of extreme happiness. Oh, I had a great time on my vacation—I was a total bliss ninny relaxing on a tropical island. I think a spa treatment in a luxury hotel would turn anyone into a bliss ninny. I'm a bliss ninny just knowing that I have this whole week off from work.
