benies

bennies

The benefits that one receives from their employer, such as health insurance. Can also be spelled "benies." I know it's not my dream job, but this place has some good bennies, so I'm going to stay here for a while. Wait, our bennies don't go into effect until we've worked here for 90 days? But I have a doctor's appointment next week! If their salary is on the low end of the spectrum, they better have some top-notch bennies.
