To be so sick that one may die. Primarily heard in UK. Uncle Harry is still on the danger list, so we're going to visit him in the hospital tonight. Oh man, if she has sepsis, then she's on the danger list for sure. When you're on the danger list for weeks, it really puts the petty issues of day-to-day life in perspective.
