To have fully bloomed, as of a flower, tree, or other such plant. Our back yard is so colorful now that all the flowers are in blossom. I'm thinking of going to the botanical garden on Friday—all of the tulips should be in blossom. I'm surprised the apple trees aren't in blossom yet.
