bad feeling

1. An unpleasant feeling of foreboding. I refuse to get on that plane today—I just have a bad feeling about it. I had a bad feeling that my gambling debts would be a major issue during our divorce proceedings. I tend to trust my instincts when I have a bad feeling about someone, and it's helped me to avoid a lot of drama.
2. A feeling or feelings of anger, displeasure, or unhappiness. There will probably always be a bad feeling between us—I mean, she did steal a lot of money from our company! Yeah, they've broken up, but I think it was pretty amicable—there doesn't seem to be a bad feeling between them. Of course I don't want to see him—he was working with my enemies the whole time! How am I supposed to overlook a bad feeling like that?
