Any amount of work. Often used in a negative construction to indicate no work at all. You haven't done a hand's turn since you moved in, so it's your job to clean the whole house this weekend! We won't do a hand's turn until we're given a pay raise. Yeah, I'll take your criticism seriously when you actually do a hand's turn around here!
