Feeling somewhat disoriented, fazed, or out of touch with the world; spaced out. Sorry I'm rambling so much tonight, I've been feeling a bit out of it lately. A: "Did you hear? Miranda's mother is in the hospital." B: "Oh man, I thought she seemed a bit out of it today." Sorry, what did you say? I took some cold medicine this morning, and I'm feeling a bit out of it.
