slang An initialism of "can't/couldn't be arsed," meaning one is unwilling or disinclined to make the effort necessary (to do or accomplish something). Used especially in online communications, such as forums, comment sections, instant messaging, etc. Primarily heard in UK. Is there any way I can fix this as it is now? I know I could start over, but I CBA doing it all again from the beginning. Dave was supposed to fix the errors in this report before the meeting, but it looks like he CBA. If you CBA to get to the office on time every day, the boss is going to take notice.
