I don't know with certainty. A: "Do you know how many people are coming to dinner tonight?" B: "Hmm, can't say as I do." They asked me if I know how to create a spreadsheet like that, but I can't say as I do. A: "Do you know how to fix a water leak like this?" B: "Can't say as I do. I think you better call a plumber."

Rur. I am not sure. Tom: Do you know Mr. Smith? Mary: Well, I can't say as I do, can't say as I don't. Jane: What do you think of my cousin? Do you like him? Mary: Can't say's I do, can't say's I don't.
