two thumbs up

An indication of one's approval or enthusiasm. The phrase can refer to the actual gesture, which carries the same meaning, or can be used figuratively. I loved that movie so much that I would give it two thumbs up! She just gave me two thumbs up, so the meeting must have gone well.
